The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I was deeply touched by their hospitality. They are always ready to help and serve you with an angelic smile. During my stay, I could completely rely on them and they always fulfilled my needs. I spent one beautiful and happy week being surrounded by nice people at the hotel. room - very clean and the room service doing their job well breakfast- I did not take breakfast at the hotel , so cannot comment. pool- suitable and safe for children

The room was very clear and have a lot of free space. The swimming pool was included and the water was really clear. The staff was really nice.

Good value for money. Clean & good location. Simple but nice swimming pool. Friendly staff. Nearby to food joints, grocery shops, Kuah township & Ferry Jetty. Recommended place to stay.

Facilities are clean,well kept. The area is very peaceful, pool is nice, garden is well maintained. We are grateful for the breakfast, they are willing to cater even for just the 5 of us. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you Riverra Inn! It was a pleasant stay.
