The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I was deeply touched by their hospitality. They are always ready to help and serve you with an angelic smile. During my stay, I could completely rely on them and they always fulfilled my needs. I spent one beautiful and happy week being surrounded by nice people at the hotel. I love that the place is so quite and calming. The staffs are nice especially the one that click with me instantly 😉. The pool is not that big but just enough to relax in the water. the location also very strategic as the food panda fees are very low😊i went there just to berkubang and pamper myself and i am very satisfied with my choice. I just wish u have more tv channels 😉 but overall its fine .This inn will be my hideout and I will definitely go again. Keep up the good work👍

Facilities are clean,well kept. The area is very peaceful, pool is nice, garden is well maintained. We are grateful for the breakfast, they are willing to cater even for just the 5 of us. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you Riverra Inn! It was a pleasant stay.

It certainly gave us the peace and quiet we need. Also, they cleaned the room, change linens, and replenish the water everyday. The staff was friendly and very helpful in booking us our island hopping trip.
